When you fill in the order form, your name and address (and anything else you type in the form) are emailed to me, andrew. Your credit card details are kept on a secure server hosted by 2Day internet sevices. I log in using my secret name and password, and write your credit card number on a piece of paper. I then ring the bank for authorisation, and put the piece of paper in an envelope to give to the bank.
While I'm doing all that, I put a copy of the Prodigal Project book and CD-ROM in an envelope, and post it to you. It generally takes a few days to reach an address in Australia, and about a week to the rest of the world.
A couple of weeks later, when i think you have your Prodigal Project safely in your hands and your CD drive, and when i get around to it, i go down to the bank and give them that piece of paper, and they take money from your account.
Your credit card statement will show that the money was credited to "Terra Firma Records". That's the record company of The Quick And The Dead, a Christian rock band who you are forgiven for not having heard of. They have generously let us use their bank account, even though there's nothing in it for them.
I might email to you to ask whether you got your order, or some such question, but I wouldn't give any of your addresses to anyone else, and i won't put you on any mailing lists or try to get you to buy anything else. We don't have anything else to sell, so you're safe.
If you've got any other questions, please
